Utmost Raises $21M in Series B Funding

USA – Utmost, a San Francisco, CA-based extended workforce system provider, raised $21m in Series B funding.

The round, which brought total funding to date to $33m, was led by Mosaic Ventures with participation from existing investors Greylock Partners and Workday Ventures, and new investors Acadian Ventures and Alumni Ventures Group.The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product innovation and expand its presence across North America and Europe.Led by Annrai O’Toole, CEO, Utmost provides an Extended Workforce System which allows enterprises to gain full visibility into their extended workforce enabling data-driven talent decisions across HR, Procurement, Finance, and IT. The software enhances the productivity of workers, hiring managers, HR partners, and staffing firms while ensuring compliance.The company serves Fortune 1000 customers such as Ecolab, NortonLifeLock, and Colonial Life, among others. 05/05/2021
