Airkit Raises $40M in Series B Funding

USA – Airkit, a Palo Alto, CA-based low-code Digital Customer Experience platform, raised an additional $40M in Series B funding.

The round was led by EQT Ventures, with participation from Accel, Emergence Capital, Salesforce Ventures, and other existing shareholders. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate investments in go-to-market and product development.Led by Stephen Ehikian, CEO, and Adam Evans, CTO, Airkit provides a low-code platform which enables any brand to build hyper-personalized customer journeys for sales, service, or support that continue a single thread across any conversation channel (text, chat, voice, web, app).In addition to its Series B funding, Airkit debuted the new Kittyhawk release of its Digital Customer Experience Platform. Kittyhawk offers a fast front-end development experience featuring more pre-built data models and templates, and additional API-based integrations.
