UK – Iris Software Group, a UK-based software company, acquired Senta, a Bristol, UK-based provider of cloud practice management software for accountants and bookkeepers.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Founded in 2014 by James Kilford, CEO, Senta is dedicated to making accountancy practices more profitable and scalable with a “customer-first” approach. Its practice management works at the heart of accountancy firms and provides cloud-based CRM, marketing, workflow, email automation, secure documents and insights for accountants and bookkeepers.The company’s software will be integrated into Iris Elements, a dynamic SaaS platform that allows customers to move to the cloud at their own pace.Iris Software provides software solutions and services for finance, HR and payroll teams, educational organisations, and accountancy firms that helps them comply with regulations, drive productivity and engage with key stakeholders.
