Tom Preston-Werner (founder of Github) invested alongside Insight Partners joining Pieter Abbeel, Nat Friedman, Jeff Hammerbacher, and Richard Socher as individual W&B investors.
Weights and Biases's mission is to build tools for Machine Learning practitioners. Weights and Biases software helps Machine Learning teams track their models, datasets and experiments and is used and loved by over 70,000 practitioners. Weights and Biases (W&B) was founded by Lukas Biewald, Shawn Lewis, and Chris Van Pelt in 2018.
