USA – Arima Genomics, a San Diego, CA-based 3D genomics solutions provider, raised $7M in Series B funding.
The round was led by Genetron Health, Tech Coast Angels, Ladder Ventures, and Hiaqua Investments with participation from Agilent Technologies, Co-win Ventures, Vectr Ventures, and Berkeley Catalyst Fund.The company intends to use the funds to expand its product portfolio and bioinformatics capabilities to serve a broader spectrum of scientific and translational medicine applications and to scale the organization to enhance operational and commercial capacity worldwide.Led by CEO Siddarth Selvaraj, Arima Genomics is advancing life sciences research through 3D genomics by providing access to the sequence and structure of any genome. The company offers advanced technologies for preserving and presenting the structural organization of the genome to drive discovery in genome biology and human health. Arima Genomics’ technologies provide three-dimensional information about the genome.
