USA – Summit Wealth Systems, a San Francisco, CA-based cloud software company focused on wealth managers and their clients, raised $20M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Arena Holdings and Filbert Holdings with participation from Jackson Square Ventures.The company intends to use the funds to grow its development and service teams, as well as to expand sales and marketing resources.Led by Reed Colley, co-founder and CEO, and Anthony Sperling, COO and co-founder, Summit Wealth Systems provides a cloud and mobile software platform for wealth managers to manage and improve their relationship with clients.
The company leverages cloud-native technologies to enable advisors to design their own personalized, modern, mobile, and desktop applications by creating each firm’s own private tech stack. Summit integrates personalized wealth modeling, financial planning, and advisor-client collaboration tools along with portfolio management and performance reporting capabilities to deliver a more humanized wealth experience for advisors and their clients.
