USA – Prisms VR, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a platform for math education, raised $12M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz.The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and adoption of its product and team, expand programs to more schools across the U.S. and product development efforts in higher education and other subjects.Founded in 2020 and led by Anurupa Ganguly, CEO, Prisms is a provider of learning experiences in virtual reality. Backed by the National Science Foundation and the National Institutes of Health, the company is a spatial learning platform for K-12 STEM education and math and science that actualizes pedagogies.It is used by over 100 school districts across 26 states. 30/01/2023
