ISRAEL – Descope, a Tel Aviv, Israel- and Los Altos, CA-based code authentication company, raised $53M in seed funding.
The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and GGV Capital, with participation from Unusual Ventures, Dell Technologies Capital, Cerca Partners, Tech Aviv, J Ventures, Silicon Valley CISO Investments, George Kurtz, John W. Thompson, Bipul Sinha, and Assaf Rappaport.The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.Founded in 2022 and led by CEO Slavik Markovich, Descope enables developers to add authentication, user management, and authorization capabilities to consumer and business applications with a few lines of code.
