NETHERLANDS – Bullhorn, a Boston, MA-based company which specializes in software for the staffing and recruitment industry, acquired Mployee, a provider of Salesforce-based solutions for recruitment agencies, which is headquartered in the Netherlands.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed By combining Mployee’s middle-office capabilities with Bullhorn’s front-office, Bullhorn can offer an enterprise-grade, end-to-end solution built on the Salesforce platform.Led by CEO Karen Weebers, Mployee provides a front and mid office solution for the staffing and recruitment sector, establishing a strong market position. Led by Matt Fischer, President and Chief Operating Officer, Bullhorn specializes in providing software for the staffing industry. More than 10,000 companies use its cloud-based platform to power their staffing processes from start to finish. The company is founder-led and employs nearly 1,500 people globally.
