SPAIN – Mytraffic, a London, UK-based provider of location intelligence and traffic analytics solutions, acquired Geoblink, a Madrid, Spain-based provider of a geospatial intelligence platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.This acquisition integrates Geoblink’s geospatial technology with Mytraffic’s analytics platform.Led by Jaime Laulhé, Founder and CEO, Geoblink is a geospatial intelligence platform that enables businesses to make data-driven decisions through actionable location insights. The company, backed by Nauta Capital and Elaia Partners, has become an used partner for companies seeking to optimise strategies based on geospatial data. Led by Hakim Saadaoui, CEO, Myraffic is a provider of location intelligence and traffic analytics solutions in France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Focused on innovation, it empowers businesses to make informed decisions by harnessing geospatial data.
