USA – Pulse, a San Francisco, CA-based social research platform, raised $6.5M in Series A funding.
The round, which brought total funding to $10.5m, was led by AV8 Ventures. The company intends to use the funds to scale its social research platform, expand the engineering and content teams, and accelerate product innovation. Led by Mayank Mehta, CEO and co-founder, Pulse is a social research platform and interactive community which combines survey, research, and professional networking to provide real data, from real people, in real time. Pulse’s platform currently brings together over 15k highly engaged CIOs and CISOs to share information and ideas, and collaborate on the next frontiers of innovation.
