USA – Havoc Shield, a Chicago, IL-based cybersecurity company, raised $1.45m in funding.
The round was led by Hyde Park Angels, with participation from Techstars, Active Capital, Lofty Ventures, and individual angels. The company intends to use the funds to grow the team, both in Chicago and remotely, and expand its reach. Led by Brian Fritton, CEO, Havoc Shield provides an all-in-one cybersecurity platform built specifically for startups and small businesses who need to secure their remote workforce, address cyber attacks, and win large customers. The solution gives SMBs access to advanced security technology that provides protection against data breaches, phishing, dark web activity, and other threats. 17/11/2020
