Integrated Prescription Management ("IPM" or the "Company") announced it has received a growth investment from Court Square Capital Partners ("Court Square"), a leading middle market private equity firm. IPM is a full-service pharmacy benefit manager ("PBM"), exclusively focused on middle market commercial clients throughout the United States.
