USA – Codefresh, a Mountain View, CA-based Kubernetes-native CI/CD platform, raised $27M in Series C funding.
The round, which has brought total funding to $42m, was led by Red Dot Capital Partners with participation from Shasta Ventures, Vertex Ventures, M12: Microsoft’s Venture Fund, Viola Ventures, Hillsven, and CEIIF. In conjunction with the funding, Yaniv Stern, Managing Partner at Red Dot Capital Partners will join the Codefresh board of directors and Isaac Roth, partner at Shasta Ventures will join the advisory board. The company intends to use the funds to to expand open source and continuous delivery offerings. Led by Raziel Tabib Co-Founder & CEO, and Oleg Verhovsky, Co-Founder & CTO, Codefresh provides a continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) platform for Kubernetes with adoption from DevOps teams at Epic Games, Gap, Vivint, TBS, and many others.
