USA – Songtradr, a Los Angeles, CA-based B2B music rights and licensing marketplace platform, completed its Series C funding round, raising US$30M, valuing the company at US$165M.
The round was led by the St. Baker Australian family office with participation from Australian family offices as well as several existing investors. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its global expansion plans, product development and fund key acquisitions. Led by Paul Wiltshire, CEO, Songtradr is a cleared-for-licensing, music marketplace, connecting a global community of artists to a B2B marketplace of music users such as brands, advertising agencies, streaming platforms, SVOD networks, film, TV and gaming companies.
