USA – Polygon.io, an Atlanta, GA-based market data platform that allows developers to interface with the world’s most accurate real-time and historical financial data, raised $6M in Series A financing.
The round was led by e.ventures with participation from existing investor Green Visor Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Thomas Gieselmann, co-founder of e.ventures, will be joining Polygon.io’s board of directors.The company intends to use the funds to accelerate sustainable growth and make investments in engineering, infrastructure, and data.Started by ex-Googler Quinton Pike, CEO, Polygon.io provides a platform that gives developers access to accurate historical and real-time data.
