USA – StackPulse, a Portland, Ore.-based company modernizing software reliability with engineering best practices, raised $20m in Series A funding.
The round, which brings total amount raised to $28m, including a previously undisclosed $8m seed round raised less than a year ago, was led by GGV Capital with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Glenn Solomon at GGV and Amit Karp at Bessemer will join the StackPulse board of directors while Oren Yunger at GGV will join as a board observer. The company intends to use the funds to invest in global growth and to scale engineering hiring to continue to advance the StackPulse reliability platform.Founded by Ofer Smadari, Leonid Belkind, and Eldad Livni, StackPulse is a reliability platform for developers, SREs and on-call engineers to reduce alert fatigue, decrease toil, bring down Mean Time to Resolution and meet Service Level Objectives.The executive team includes Brian Lake, Josh Thorngren and Karin Ophir who have a long DevOps and IT Security leadership history across startups together, including Twistlock and Puppet.
