UK – StorageOS, a London, UK-based cloud native storage management platform, raised $10m in Series B funding.
The round, which brings the total funding raised to date to $20m, was led by Downing Ventures, with participation from existing investors Bain Capital Ventures, Uncorrelated Ventures and MMC Ventures and new investor Chestnut Street Ventures. The company intends to use the funds to invest further in its go-to-market strategy and scale its sales and customer facing technology teams. Led by Alex Chircop, Founder and CEO, StorageOS provides a cloud native, software-defined storage solution to deliver persistent storage for Kubernetes. It gives customers control of their storage environment, whether on-premises or in the cloud delivering persistent storage to applications in container environments.The company is also based in NYC and Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 23/02/2021
