USA – Nebula Microsystems, Inc., a Dallas, TX-based analog startup, secured $15M in seed funding.
The round was led by Morningside Group. The company intends to use the funds to expand its team of senior engineers and designers who will build high-performance and intelligent analog products for high end consumer, automotive, telecommunications, healthcare & medical and industrial applications.Led by Gaurang Shah, chief executive officer, Sean Da, Chairman of the Board, and Ross Teggatz, Chief Technology Officer, Nebula defines and delivers analog products including power converters, high speed SERDES and high-performance amplifiers and data converters. The company’s global team is developing high efficiency, high power density DC-DC and AC-DC products for the fast-growing server, telecom, and automotive markets. On the signal-chain side, innovative solutions are being offered to help support the needs for ever increasing speeds for backplane signal integrity.
