USA – Petalfast Inc., an Irvine, CA-based sales and marketing company for the cannabis industry, raised $2.8m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Merida Capital Holdings.The company intends to use the funds to expand its business reach in California and beyond. Led by CEO Jason Vegotsky, and COO/General Counsel Arun Kurichety, Petalfast is a sales and marketing company which provides cannabis brands to achieve growth via its go-to-market accelerator program in California, and through agency services available to brands nationally. Brands already engaged in its platform include Wana, Space Coyote and Smarty Plants. 19/05/2021
