USA – Trellis Technologies, Inc., a San Francisco CA-based platform focused on digital solutions that help consumers get the most value from their insurance, raised $10M in Series A funding.
The round was led by QED Investors with participation from existing investors NYCA Partners and General Catalyst.The company intends to use the funds to accelerate hiring, expand partnerships and develop new products.Led by founder and CEO Daniel Demetri, Trellis is an internet technology company providing secure, digital solutions for insurers and non-insurers to acquire customers with streamlined, personalized experiences, offers, and services. The company operates as an all-remote workforce with staff distributed across the U.S. Trellis now counts direct or indirect relationships with nine of the largest ten car insurers in the country.Launched in early 2020, the company’s recommendation platform, Savvy, has seen rapid adoption by fintech apps and digital media publishers. Today, Savvy has been integrated into seven of the Top 50 mobile finance apps, including industry leaders such as Truebill and Albert.04/06/2021
