USA – Sparrow, a San Francisco, CA-based Employee Care Management (ECM) provider, raised $20m in Series A funding.
The round was led by WndrCo, with participation from Authentic Ventures and South Park Commons.The company intends to use the funds to: Led by Deborah Hanus, Cofounder and CEO, Sparrow enables companies to manage employee leave reducing compliance risks and better-supporting employee wellness. Among other benefits, the company helps employers reduce their risks of non-compliance, reduces program management costs, and provides a tangible benefit to bolster employee retention. 17/02/2022
