Veza Raises $110M in Funding

USA – Veza, a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of a data security platform, raised $110M in funding.

Backers included Accel, Bain Capital, Ballistic Ventures, GV, Norwest Venture Partners, and True Ventures, as well as Kevin Mandia, Enrique Salem, Lane Bess, Manoj Apte, Joe Montana, Niels Provos, and Karthik Rangarajan, and many more.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Co-founded by Tarun Thakur, CEO; Maohua Lu, CTO; Robert Whitcher, Chief Architect, Veza provides a data security platform built for hybrid multi-cloud environments to help users understand, manage, and control who can and should take what action on what data.
