USA – SirionLabs, a Seattle, WA-based provider of a contracting platform, raised an additional $25M investment and closed a $110M Series D funding.
Brookfield Growth made the additional investment. The previously announced round was led by Partners Group with participation from existing investors Sequoia India and Tiger Global.The company intends to use the funds to expand its position in the enterprise CLM market, including advances in AI capabilities and integration with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA®, Salesforce and Microsoft 365.Led by Ajay Agrawal, founder and CEO, SirionLabs provides a contracting platform that brings legal, procurement, sales, and business teams together to author contracts, improve risk management and strengthen counterparty relationships.
