USA – ReferWell, a Stamford, CT-based digital health company, raised an undisclosed amount in Series B funding.
The round was led by Viewside Capital Partners, with participation from Essen Ventures, the venture arm of Essen Health Care, Health Catalyst Capital and Connecticut Innovations. The company intends to use the funds to continue to scale rapidly.Led by CEO Vytas Kisielius, ReferWell is a digital health company focused on leveraging the referable momentSM — the point in time when a person is most ready to take action to improve their health – to improve access to care, increase health plans’ quality performance and reduce the total cost of care, all while improving members’ experience and outcomes.
