USA – Property Meld, a Rapid City, SD-based provider of a property maintenance software platform, raised $15M in Series B funding.
The round, which brought total funding to $22M, was led by Frontier Growth, with participation from Vesta Ventures, South Dakota Equity Partners, and Badlands Capital.The company intends to use the funds to support its continued growth and product expansion.Led by CEO Ray Hespen, and CTO David Kingman, Property Meld provides a software platform for property management companies to optimize their maintenance process by managing maintenance scheduling, communication, coordination, billing, and oversight friction. The system also offers integrations with AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, and RentManager.The company has over 650 customers including industry leaders such as Evernest, HomeRiver Group, PURE Property Management, as well as Real Property Management, All County, and PMI franchises.26/01/2023
