USA – Apkudo, a Baltimore, MD-based provider of a supply chain automation for connected devices, raised $37.5M in Series C funding.
The round was led by Closed Loop Partners’ Leadership Fund and Piper Sandler Merchant Banking with participation from new and existing investors including MissionOG, Harbert Growth, Grotech Ventures, Lavrock Ventures, and Point Field Partners. The company intends to use the funds to further expand their commercial and technical operations, as well as their international presence.Led by CEO Josh Matthews, Apkudo helps companies managing connected devices to maximize device value, minimize labor costs and reduce e-waste. Its Circular Industry Platform provides a suite of decision-support and operating tools including automated testing and grading systems, device lifecycle management and resale market integration.Already, Apkudo has connected and optimized the device supply chains for some of the world’s largest manufacturers, network operators, insurers, retailers, logistics providers, repairers and traders.
