ConsenSys Acquires Hal

USA – ConsenSys, a New York-based Ethereum software company, acquired Hal, a MiddleTown, DE-based provider of a no-code blockchain development tooling platform that helps individuals and organizations query and automate blockchain data.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed. With this acquisition, Infura, a Web3 API provider from ConsenSys, will extend capabilities in its developer stack by using the configurable webhooks/notification service built by Hal. This integration will allow developers to create alerts and notifications at the protocol level for various signals.
