INDIA – FreshToHome, a New Delhi, India-based online brand for free fresh fish and meat, raised $104M in Series D funding.
The round was led by Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund with participation from Iron Pillar, Investcorp, Investment Corporation of Dubai, Ascent Capital, E20 Investment Ltd, Mount Judi Ventures and Dallah Albaraka.The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, expand operations and its business reach.Led by Shan Kadavil, CEO, FreshToHome is a fully integrated online consumer brand for preservative and antibiotic-residue free fresh fish and meat. Launched in 2015, the company operates in 160+ cities in Indiaand the UAE and offers more than 2,000 certified fresh and chemical-free products. Two years ago, FreshToHome raised $121MM in its Series C round, led by Dubai’s Investment Corporation of Dubai, Investcorp, IronPillar, Ascent Capital and U.S. Government’s development finance institution – DFC.24/02/2023
