USA – StructShare, an Austin, TX-based provider of a construction procurement and inventory platform for specialty contractors, raised $8M in funding.
The round was led by KOMPAS, with participation from SeedIL, and CEMEX Ventures.The company intends to use the funds to scale its procurement e-commerce platform for the construction industry.Launched in 2021 by Arik David, and Or Lakritz, StructShare has developed a software solution that enables trade contractors to take control of the entire procurement cycle. By automating all procurement processes in the field, office and warehouse, the company reduces costs and material waste, prevents purchasing mistakes, and enables full control over spend and inventory. StructShare can be integrated seamlessly into the customer’s existing project management and accounting systems.The company has established strategic relationships with leading players in the construction tech, finance, and supply chain industry. To date, it has raised a total of $10 million in pre-seed and seed funding and has grown its customer base by 300% year-on-year across 20 states and 15 different trades.Today, StructShare employs 23 team members across its headquarters in Austin, Texas, and its R&D center in Tel Aviv, Israel. 21/03/2023
