The round saw participation from Aakash Chaudhry, Amit Chaudhary, and Dinesh Gupta.The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.Led by CEO Ankit Jain, HeyoPhone offers a solution for businesses to connect with their clientele through a unified number. With it, business owners can manage their communication requirements, including calls and WhatsApp interactions, via one platform. This approach cultivates a brand identity, a customer database, and business analytics. HeyoPhone’s foundation is powered by MyOperator, a cloud communications provider in India. Established in 2013 by Ankit Jain and Pratik Jain, MyOperator boasts a client base of over 10,000, delivering versatile omnichannel call centre software and enterprise mobility solutions to corporates.
