Kiteworks Acquires Dracoon

GERMANY – Kiteworks, a San Mateo, Calif.-based company that delivers data privacy and compliance for sensitive content communications through customer-enabled Private Content Networks (PCN), entered into a definitive agreement to merge with Dracoon, a Regensburg, Germany-based leader in secure and compliant file sharing and collaboration.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
