INDIA – FirstUp, a Raipur, India-based coworking space startup, raised Rs. 2 Crores in seed funding, at a valuation of Rs. 20 Crores.
Backers included angel investors from India Angel Fund. The company intends to use the funds to expand with more centres in the city soon and also other areas in the state and other states. Led by Karan Daga, Founder and CEO, FirstUp is a coworking space startup. With managed office and flexi work spaces and shared studio as a service offering for creators, it serves enterprise clients, small businesses, solo-preneurs and gig economy professionals too. Today, FirstUp has 250+ seats in Civil Lines just next to the Governor House and is expanding into a full fledged building with about 750+ seats coming soon. Also, Karan plans to expand with more centres in the city soon and also other areas in the state and other states. 01/12/2023
