CANADA – Workleap, a Montréal, Canada-based software company behind products that improve the employee experience, acquired Pingboard, an Austin, TX-based HR tech SaaS company providing org chart and employee directory capabilities.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.The acquisition of Pingboard adds new capabilities to the company’s family of software products, in line with Workleap’s vision of building a strong ecosystem of workplace tools. Led by CEO Simon De Baene, Workleap builds simple employee experience software that enable people to work. With over 20,000 customers in more than 100 countries, it wants to create a more engaging and successful workplace.
