USA – Allentown, an Allentown, NJ-based provider of life science solutions and portfolio company of Aterian Investment Partners, acquired ClorDiSys Solutions, a Branchburg, NJ-based provider of Chlorine Dioxide-based solutions for sterilizing and decontaminating vivariums, laboratory equipment and medical devices.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. With the acquisition, Allentown will expand its offerings in the pre-clinical research and broader life sciences sector. The deal provides essential decontamination and sterilization products and services to vivarium research facilities within Allentown’s core biomedical pre-clinical industries. ClorDiSys additionally introduces Allentown to the adjacent and attractive medical device sterilization market.
