USA – SchoolMint, a Lafayette, La.-based provider of Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) in PreK-12 education, completed the acquisition of Bright Minds Marketing, an Indianapolis-based K12 enrollment and marketing consulting firm, providing schools and districts with strategies and tactics that help increase student enrollment.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens SchoolMint’s capabilities to help schools and districts attract-enroll-retain students, families, and teachers.Led by President and Founder Nick LeRoy, Bright Minds Marketing provides private schools, charter school networks, and public school districts with solutions to maximize their enrollment efforts and increase enrollment with personalized recommendations, including marketing plan development, enrollment process consulting, and training and professional development. LeRoy is joining the SchoolMint team as Chief Enrollment Officer and will be focused on providing SchoolMint customers with expertise, strategic guidance, and personalized services to help them with their enrollment needs.Led by CEO Bryan MacDonald, SchoolMint is a PreK-12 provider of solutions for Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM).
