MEXICO – DD360, a Mexico City-based financial and property technology platform that facilitates financing and management of residential real estate, raised USD25m in funding.
Creation Investments, a global alternative asset manager and leading impact investor in emerging markets, made the equity investment.The company, which has raised approximately US$91 million in equity, intends to use the funds to support loan growth acceleration and product roll-out through the expansion of its technology platform offerings and software development team.Led by Jorge Combe, co-founder and CEO, DD360 is an online financial and property technology platform that facilitates financing and management of residential real estate in Mexico. The company offers business-to-business mezzanine and construction loans for developers, as well as mortgage loans to consumers. Through its digital ecosystem, the company supports residential real estate developers from inception of new projects through sale of individual residential units, with technological solutions that disrupt the traditional financing process in the real estate sector.
