USA – Chronus, a Bellevue, Wash.-based enterprise mentoring platform, acquired eMentorConnect, a Seattle, WA-based cloud-based platform that helps growing teams and enterprise-level organizations configure their mentoring solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. The acquisition will allow Chronus to expand its service to additional organizations that value mentoring as a key development strategy. Several eMentorConnect staff members will be joining the Chronus team including Sophie Williams, Co-founder and Head of Product, who will be starting as the Director of Product Marketing, and Nancy Wolk, Co-founder and Head of Business Development, who will on-board as a consultant. This acquisition is the latest step in the company’s broader growth strategy. In 2021, the company received a $78m investment from growth equity firm Level Equity. eMentorConnect provides a cloud-based mentorship platform that helps users manage and scale their people programs – including mentoring, training, coaching and onboarding. The company partners with large scale companies, such as UPS, Teva and The Organ Donation and Transplantation Alliance, to deliver technology and services.Led by Seena Mortazavi, CEO, Chronus delivers mentoring software to innovative organizations in the world, including Amazon, Edward Lifesciences, Electronic Arts, McGraw Hill and Mercedes Benz.29/08/2022
