UK – Enzai, a Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK-based startup providing AI governance software, raised USD4M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Cavalry Ventures with participation from Seedcamp, Techstart Ventures, Paul Forster, Jonathan Kewley, Sam Gill and Alexandre Berriche.The company intends to use the funds to build out their engineering capabilities and support their route-to-market efforts. Founded in 2021 and led by Ryan Donnelly and Jack Carlisle, Enzai offers an AI governance software platform providing organisations with a comprehensive toolkit to understand and manage the risks that come with AI while meeting their regulatory obligations complexities, ensuring the responsible development, deployment and usage of AI. Organisations can build up an inventory of their AI, apply policies and procedures to it, and then measure compliance in real time. The company is also announcing a new feature on the platform called “Controls”, which allows cross-functional teams to collaborate and conduct assessments of AI systems in ways that just aren’t possible using other tools.05/09/2023
