Flojoy Raises $1.3M in Seed Funding

CANADA – Flojoy, a Montreal, Canada-based provider of no-code, Python-based, test measurement software, raised $1.3M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Flybridge Capital Partners, Boreal Ventures, and BDC Capital. The company intends to use the funds to hire engineers to build out Python support for over 700 benchtop scientific instruments and microcontrollers.Led by CEO and Founder Jack Parmer, Flojoy provides the Flojoy Studio, which is a drop-in replacement for engineering software such as LabVIEW, Simulink, RapidMiner, and Alteryx. Within 5 minutes of downloading Flojoy Studio, users will be building and running Python-based engineering and AI apps – all without any coding knowledge. Engineers use it to stream measurements from robotics, microcontrollers, single board computers, test stations, and benchtop instruments to Flojoy Cloud. Once in the cloud, this research data can be analyzed, archived, downloaded, and annotated by team members.30/08/2023
