UK – Shop Circle, a London, UK-based one-stop-shop software provider for e-commerce brands, raised $120M in Series A funding.
The round was led by 645 Ventures and 3VC, with participation from previous backers QED Investors and NfX, with the credit facility provided by i80 Group. The company intends to use the funds to continue building and expanding its suite of e-commerce tools.Led by Luca Cartechini, CEO, and Gian Maria Gramondi, COO, Shop Circle is a provider of e-commerce software to over 100,000 businesses worldwide to manage their operations and to achieve sustainable, continuous growth. In addition to its platform, the company has launched a data-driven tech stack consultation program.
