GERMANY – MetaCompliance, a London, UK-based cyber security company, acquired Increase Your Skills GmbH (IYS), a cyber security training business based in Leipzig, Germany.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.This acquisition fortifies MetaCompliance’s foothold in the key German market.
