FRANCE – Pixee Medical, a Besaçon, France-based company providing reality navigation technologies for orthopedic surgery, raised $15M in funding.
The round was led by Relyens Innovation Santé, UI Investissement, Innovacom, Angelor and BpifranceThe company intends to use the funds: Led by CEO Sébastien Henry, Pixee Medical develops augmented reality solutions for implant placement, that offer orthopedic surgeons’ ools for precise and efficient intervention. Its first product has been used in over 5,000 procedures in more than 20 countries, for example, the United States, Australia, India, and several European countries, thus demonstrating its positive impact on surgical practices worldwide.Commenting on the news, Sébastien Henry said: “We are extremely proud of the success of this capital raising.
