The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.Founded in 1994, Auronix is a provider of a CPaaS platform called Calixta, an omnichannel mass messaging tool that enable enterprise clients to communicate with their customers through voice, SMS text, email, and over-the-top (“OTT”) messaging.
