USA – Grain, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a software platform to capture and share Zoom call content, raised $4m in seed funding.
Backers included Slack Fund, Founder Collective, Peterson Partners, Acrew Capital, and other unnamed individuals. The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its development efforts to reach next target, which is the beta launch of the service. Led by CEO Mike Adams, Grain provides a platform that allows users to record the best parts of their Zoom video calls, take notes together, create video highlights, and share clips anywhere across such platforms as Twitter, Discord, Notion, Slack and iMessages, among others.
