USA – Cryosa, a Medical Alley, Minn.-based medical device startup, completed an $8.25M Series A-2 funding.
The round was led by life sciences firm, Santé Ventures, and HOYA Corporation with additional institutional and individual investors. Led by founder and CMO Dr. Donald Gonzales, and president and CEO Mark Christopherson, Cryosa focuses on developing minimally invasive and permanent therapies for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The company intends to use the funds to further develop its therapies for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and engage in first-in-human clinical trials after completing extensive pre-clinical testing, evaluating safety and efficacy. 25/06/2020
