USA – FireHydrant, a NYC-based provider of tools for operations teams to respond to complex problems in their globally-distributed applications, raised $8m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with follow-on participation from Work-Bench. In conjunction with the funding, Matt Murphy, partner at Menlo Ventures, joined the FireHydrant board of directors. The company intends to use the funds to grow its team and build the platform, adding more integrations and continuing to improve the user experience. Founded in 2019, FireHydrant builds systems management tools for modern operations teams to to respond to complex problems in their globally-distributed applications. The solution works seamlessly within a company’s existing workflows, i.e. Slack, Jira, PagerDuty and more. Companies – including Packet and LaunchDarkly – to manage more than 50,000 hours of incidents and more than 10 million deploy events. 20/05/2020
